FSRAP - Full Spectrum Riders Association of the Philippines

Full Spectrum Riders Association of the Philippines is a group of riders and advocates dedicated to train and educate riders and support the organization AS PARTNERS of the Philippine National Police and the Highway Patrol Group.

Force Multipliers are those organizations outside the government which perform voluntary public safety services in support to existing government public safety function and programs. such marginalized sector and live in the same area.
