RIDER'S PASSION: Markus Photography

Rider's Passion: Markus Photography - his hobby, aspirations and how photography found him.

Riding a motorcycle has been a part of Mark Nissi Llagas or Markus Photography's journey to greatness. He has been riding and learned how to ride a motorcycle since 2013 with their family's motorcycle (Suzuki Raider 150), admittedly rode a long one even without his license in 2015 just to try it out (Didn't get caught but regretted the action). The real fun in riding a motorcycle started for Nissi when he finally obtained his driver's license in 2018 and got into a lot of long rides after that. A new motorcycle arrived in the family in 2019 which pushed Nissi to where he is now, a certified avid long rider and an awesome photographer.

To be in a bike has been a big part of Nissi's life, he explained that riding to these great new destinations, sights and experiences gives his heart comfort and a sense of fulfilment reaching new locations that he thought was impossible. Add it the fun he's having when riding a motorcycle, Nissi gets to know more people who are now part of his success in both photography and riding. 

Photography has started for Nissi for quite some time now but he started out his street photography with just his mobile phone in tow, this hobby was then multiplied by tenfold when a blessing arrived in the form of an actual camera last year. This allowed Nissi to explore more about photography and establish his name in street photography and events.

Nissi has been shooting awesome photos for quite some time now, street photography and events has been a huge chunk of what his photography experience was composed of. But his bigger aspirations falls to shooting as main photographer on track races and bigger events to boost and improve his experience and knowledge of photography.

There is nothing more precious than the joy of having your most glorious moment while riding a motorcycle frozen in a photo. This is exactly why Nissi does what we does, the photos he takes and the art he poured on each photos bring fulfillment to the riders. The appreciations and simple "Thank you" is all it needs for Nissi to continue his passion and to help the riders keep these awesome moments for a lifetime.

There are some struggles here and there when Nissi started out taking photos, he is on certain times not confident if his shots are good enough, the absence of proper tools to aid to his passion and some people of devalues his work. But all of these things is just a minor setback for Nissi, he uses these struggles as a fuel to continue moving forward and improve what needs to be improved.

All of these experiences equates to the fun that photography and riding a motorcycle has brought him. The places that was just a dream before was now with a check for the places that he have already visited, met people who helped him do the things that he do now, the bonding and the knowledge we was getting with is fellow photographers and the stories they share are all the reasons why riding a motorcycle and being a photographer is who Mark Nissi Llagas is now.
