Shell Advance Masters: The Second Leg Kicks Off in Metro Manila

Following the success of the first Shell Advance Masters in Cebu City, the second leg of this exciting initiative took place in Caloocan City, drawing participants from across the National Capital Region (NCR). Held at Caloocan High School, the event brought together some of the region’s most skilled motorcycle mechanics, further proving the Shell Advance Masters as a platform for showcasing the mechanic's skills and knowledge.

As mechanics from the NCR assembled to compete in the second leg of the Shell Advance Masters, the grounds of Caloocan High School were turned into a center of activity. This leg upheld the same commitment to quality as the first event and emphasized the significance of confidence, ability, and knowledge in motorcycle maintenance with the help of our partner, Lubestraders Corporation.

The format of the event mirrored that of the first leg, with three key segments that tested the participants’ abilities in different areas of motorcycle mechanics. With the same phase and the same challenges, mechanics faced the same pressure as with the first leg in Cebu making sure that these basic troubleshooting is well understood. Round 1 is Mechanic Workshop, Round 2 is Mastery Phase, the last round is Masters Face Off.

For mechanics in the NCR, the second leg of the Shell Advance Masters gave them a great opportunity to show off their abilities and get noticed. The occasion served as a reminder of the value of lifelong learning and keeping up with the most recent advancements in motorcycle maintenance.
