Let's support this noble cause and spread the message of hope and compassion. 🗓️ May 24, 2025 (Saturday) 🕒 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM 📍 Imprint Cafe - 322b Marilaque Highway, Antipolo City ⚠️ QUALIFICATIONS ⚠️ ☑️ AGE: 16-17 years old (may donate provided with parent/guardian’s consent) ☑️ AGE: 18-60 years old (61 to 65 years old may donate as long as already a regular donor) ☑️ WEIGHT: at least 110lbs or 50kgs. ☑️ Generally in good condition. ☑️ Have enough rest and sleep. ☑️ Don’t drink alcohol 24 hours before donating blood. ☑️ No medication intake for at least 24 hours. ☑️ Make sure you have eaten, but avoid fatty food. ☑️ Drink plenty of fluids, like water or juice.
