BIKE NIGHT ASIA JOINED NCR FSRAP ORIENTATION LECTURE

FSRAP (Full Spectrum Riders Association of the Philippines) conducted an Orientation Lecture spearheaded by FSRAP Deputy Secretary General Rodrigo "Rodmanzer" Cruz (A-005). The conduct of FSRAP Orientation was held on 3rd of July, 2021 at Highway Patrol Group Events Hall, Camp BGen. Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City. Col. Allan A. Ladra (Regional Chief) awarded the Certificate of Recognition to FSRAP Deputy Secretary General Rodrigo Cruz (A-005) for his dedication in sharing his time and expertise as a Lecturer and Resource Person.
