Going Green in Luzon: BLC Cycle Unveils New VinFast E-Motorcycle Showrooms

STA. MARIA, BULACAN / CAPAS, TARLAC — BLC Cycle officially expanded its eco-friendly transportation footprint in Central Luzon following the back-to-back grand openings of two new electric motorcycle hubs.

The celebration kicked off on August 19, 2026, with the opening of Vinfast E-Motorcycle Santa Maria, Bulacan - BLC CYCLE, located at 163 J.P. Rizal St., Dulong Bayan, Sta. Maria, Bulacan. Marked as a historic milestone for the brand, the facility stands as the very first VinFast E-Motorcycle showroom in Luzon. Local motorcycling enthusiasts, business partners and community members gathered to mark the occasion and welcome the arrival of sustainable two-wheeler technology to the province.

Following the success in Bulacan, BLC Cycle kept the momentum going on August 20, 2026, with the grand launch of Vinfast E-Motorcycle Capas Tarlac by BLC CYCLE, located along McArthur Highway, Cutcut 1st, Capas, Tarlac. The opening of the Capas branch extended VinFast’s reach further north, bringing modern electric two-wheelers directly to riders in Tarlac.

Both events highlighted BLC Cycle's goal to make reliable, clean and efficient rides available to everyday Filipino commuters. Visitors at both locations had the opportunity to explore VinFast’s lineup of electric motorcycles, check out charging features and learn about the brand's low-maintenance daily commuting solutions.

With the doors to both showrooms now open, residents of Bulacan and Tarlac can visit their nearest BLC Cycle branch to test ride the latest models, learn about flexible ownership options and join the transition toward greener road travel.
