Team Abaya
Djamillah and Lester Abaya
Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 and Royal Enfield Intereceptor
Tey is an Operations Excellence Manager for Manulife while Djam is a Training Manager for a Call Center.
Tey had initially ridden scooters from highschool through College. The pandemic brought back his interest again with a Keeway and quickly moved to a big bike. He maintains, restores and details with his own hands inside their home garage. (Moteycycle Garage) Tey, as a loving and ever supportive husband gifted Djam a Vespa on her 40th birthday to get her into rides with him. She has since fallen in love with riding and now also rides big bike.
Off their bucket list as a couple so far is the trip to Baguio on Djam’s 41st birthday.
They find riding as a form of bonding wherein they get to explore new places and strenghtens their relationship too because of the time, effort, challenges, surprises and wins that riding can offer. Also, it’s a form of stress release for them especially during this global situation. This couple is looking forward to take the Luzon Loop and hopefully to travel the Philippines on their two wheels.
While safety is a priority, that doesn’t mean you have to be out of style. You just have to find ways to make riding safe look good.
The best part of riding together is the endless possibilities of adventures. (and unlimited visas )
