Shell Advance Masters Season 2: Butuan City

In collaboration with Bike Night Asia and the LCG Group of Companies, Shell Advance Masters Season 2 continued its nationwide series with a successful third leg held on March 29, 2025, at the Barangay Ambago Basketball Court in Butuan City. The people of Butuan warmly welcomed Shell Advance, as skilled motorcycle mechanics gathered to participate in the Shell Advance Regional Master competition—showcasing their technical expertise and passion for two-wheel excellence.

Since the success of its first season, Shell Advance Masters has continued to shine a spotlight on the skill and dedication of Filipino mechanics through a series of assessments and technical challenges. These tests are designed to measure their knowledge, expertise, efficiency, and speed. The competition format remains intense, featuring multiple rounds of challenges aimed at identifying the most capable and committed mechanics in the country.

A series of technical challenges such as several sets of exams, engine diagnostics, lubrication solutions and precision assembly are given to the participants to test their professional experience in diagnosing a motorcycle and efficiency in resolving the certain problem of it. The motorcycles that were assigned to each one of them have different damage or errors, intentionally put there by our TESDA TVET Trainor Mr. Bryan Landicho.

The Shell Advance Regional Master of Butuan was awarded to Mr. Leoven Morgia for his outstanding performance; he not only received fifty thousand pesos but also guaranteed his spot in The Finale, which is scheduled for September 2025, wherein he competes against the other Regional Masters. They will compete for the 2025 Shell Advance Master title.
